Corporate & teams

On-site sessions and workshops for Singapore companies whose people spend ten hours a day at a desk and are starting to pay for it.

The problem

Wellness programmes fail for one reason

People attend once. The session was pleasant, nothing changed on Tuesday, and by week three the room is half empty. Everyone concludes their team “isn’t into wellness”.

Sukhdev builds corporate sessions around interventions short enough to survive a real working day — ninety seconds, at the desk, in work clothes. The weekly session teaches them. The rest of the week is where they actually work.

And because he explains the mechanism — why your neck hurts, what your breathing has to do with your 3pm headache — people keep doing it after the engagement ends.

Formats

Four ways companies use him

Weekly on-site sessions

Forty-five minutes, same slot each week, at your office. Chair-based or mat-based. The format with by far the best long-term attendance.

Lunch & learn workshop

A single sixty-minute session: why desk posture hurts, three interventions, and a take-home protocol. Good first step for a sceptical team.

Executive 1:1

Private sessions for leadership, run at the office or their home. Often the most valued benefit in the package, and the quietest.

Offsite & retreat programming

Morning movement and breath sessions for company offsites, in Singapore or in the region. Sets the tone for the whole day.

What a six-week engagement looks like

Structured, measured, and easy to renew

  • Week 0. A short anonymous survey — where people hurt, how they sleep, what they have already tried.
  • Weeks 1–2. Breath and down-regulation. The fastest visible win, and it buys the room’s attention.
  • Weeks 3–4. Desk posture, neck and shoulders, and the ninety-second interventions.
  • Weeks 5–6. Hips, lower back, and building the daily habit that outlives the programme.
  • Close. Repeat survey, a short written report for HR, and a take-home protocol for everyone who attended.
Investment

Pricing

Corporate work is quoted per engagement, because a twelve-person startup and a three-floor bank are not the same job. As a guide: single workshops from S$600, weekly six-week programmes from S$2,400, ongoing retainers from S$3,000 a month. Proper tax invoice, payable by the company.

FAQ

What HR teams ask

How many people can join a session?

Up to twenty for a general session. For anything hands-on or assessment-based, groups of eight or fewer work far better. He would rather run three good groups than one large one.

Do we need a studio or special space?

No. A meeting room with the tables pushed back is enough. Mats can be provided. Many sessions are run chair-based so nobody has to change clothes — which dramatically improves attendance.

What is the minimum commitment?

A one-off workshop is available for teams testing the idea. But behaviour only changes with repetition — six weeks of weekly sessions is the shortest engagement he would call worthwhile.

Can this be claimed under our wellness budget?

In most Singapore companies yes, and invoicing is done through the business with a proper tax invoice. Check with your HR or finance team on the specific scheme.

What do people actually do in a corporate session?

Breath and down-regulation work, desk-posture correction, two or three mobility interventions short enough to use between meetings, and a plain-language explanation of why their neck hurts. No chanting, no incense, no one has to sit on the floor.

How many of your people are in pain right now?

Most companies are surprised by the survey result. It is free, it takes a week, and it makes the business case for you.
